Booking & payment:
After making the reservation you will receive a reservation confirmation. On this confirmation the payment terms are indicated.
We ask a down payment of 50% within 14 days after reservation. 4 weeks before arrival the next 50% must be paid.

Reservations made within 4 weeks of arrival are subject to the payment terms mentioned on the booking confirmation. It is not possible to pay by pin at the campsite.

Camping pitches:
A maximum of 6 people may use one camping pitch. One small additional tent may be placed next to your camping equipment. There is no extra charge for this.

Accommodations:
The accommodations are suitable for the number of people indicated. It is not possible to put up an extra tent next to the accommodation.

Waste:
Please dispose of waste in the bins provided. These are located upstairs behind the toilet block and downstairs next to the campsite entrance. We kindly ask you to properly separate your waste. There are special bins for glass, plastic, cans and residual waste.
Please ensure that no waste is left in your accommodation or on your pitch when you leave.

Pets:
Pets are welcome at the campsite provided they are kept on a lead at all times and are not let out on the campsite.

Parking
You can park your car on our designated parking area. If the ground is too wet, we may ask you not to park your car on the grass.

Use of sanitary facilities:
To use the showers you need to buy a shower coin at the reception. The cost for a hot shower of 5 minutes is € 1,00.

After using the shower or toilet, please leave the room tidy. Floor wipers and toilet brushes are available.

Quietness:
Between 22.00 and 7.30 the campsite must be quiet.
Motorised traffic is not permitted between 22.00 and 7.30.

Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your booking, the following cancellation conditions apply and the following charges will apply:

  • In case of cancellation more than 1 month before the commencement date: 25% of the agreed price.
  • In case of cancellation within 1 month before the commencement date: 75% of the agreed price.
  • In case of cancellation within 7 days before the commencement date: 100% of the agreed price.

We always recommend taking out travel and cancellation insurance.
